Pleased to introduce ourself as a new start-up company into maritime sector (offshore & main fleet shipping) with innovative, cost effective and reliable machineries operation with reduced downtime solutions in the technical operation management of fleet vessels. We specialize ourself into offshore fleet vessels technical operation management with key focus to OPEX optimization, technical superintendency, Dry docking, Retrofit/conversion/major repairs/upgradation, vessel inspections, proactive planned maintenance system with increased reliability of machineries operation and life cycle cost, class /flag state/PSC surveys and inspections with quick response and prompt action in deficiencies closure, budget control, Inventory and supply chain management to reduce logistics cost and timely delivery of spares/equipment onboard, well versed with implementation of new IMO/ Flag state rules and regulations.
Presently, we ourself own and operate two numbers crew boats (MV Gomti & MV Mahi) having capacity of forty six persons plus ten crew on each vessel, chartered with L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Ltd and operating in Mumbai High offshore field. In addition to this, we also do technical management of two numbers RoPax ferry vessels (MV Voyage Express & MV Voyage Symphony) operating between ports Hazira Surat to Ghogha Bhavnagar in Gujrat, India. We have management team of well experienced and resourceful people who possess industry in-depth know how and well capable to successfully lead the business to growth.

Our Technical Director is a distinguished professional with an exemplary background in marine engineering and extensive experience in the maritime industry. A proud graduate of the prestigious Marine Engineering and Research Institute (MERI) Kolkata, under the Indian Maritime University, he holds a Chief Engineer’s certification (MOT Class 1) awarded by the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India. With a career that began aboard merchant vessels, including LPG tankers, he rose to the esteemed position of Chief Engineer. His seafaring journey laid a strong foundation for his expertise in technical operations and marine engineering excellence. Expanding his career to shore-based roles, he served as a Technical Superintendent with Asian Alliance Ship Management, Singapore, where he oversaw technical management and operational efficiency of vessels. Further enriching his professional repertoire, he worked with the Indian Register of Shipping (IRS) for five years as a Surveyor cum MMSA Auditor, conducting critical inspections and audits to uphold maritime safety and standards. Adding to his impressive credentials, he is a qualified Panama Flag ASI Inspector, further underlining his commitment to maintaining global maritime regulatory compliance.

Served on FG vessels (Crude Oil, Product, Chemical and LPG Tankers) up to the rank of ChiefEngineer. Worked as technical Fleet Manager of main fleet vessels Oil/Chemical tanker trading worldwide. Worked as technical head of offshore fleet vessels (MODU Jack-up Rig, Drill Ship DP-2 Type, Seismic Research/Survey vessel, AHTS, OSVs). Was looking Offshore asset management & marine statutory compliance. Diversified work experience in the Industrial captive power plant (40 MW) & utility machineries.
